Characterization of Production

Steel production hall is 1000 m2 big and at present it is divided into 3 sections:

1) Powder coating hall consisting of the following facilities:
a) paintshop 1 – glost oven GALATEK 1850 x 1750 x 900mm
6 spraying box GALATEK
paint spray gun for hand coating BÖLHOFF

b) paintshop 2 - glost oven 2400 x 2000 x 1700mm
paint spay gun for hand coating GEMA

2) production of metal devices - press 63t eccentric including the power feeding
press 30t eccentric
press 100t hydraulic
spot-welders
welding in shielding gas
saw machine
drill

3) approximately one third of the hall is nowadays used as a stock. That room should be adapted to a production place in the future.

Subsidiary plants:

A) tool-shop mainly for companies needs
- grinder –flat
milling machine - horizontal
turning-lathe

B) equipments for preliminary treatment before coating:
barrelling equipment
sand-blasting box


NG heats up the entire hall. It has a very good location within an industrial centre and it is easily accessible for lorries.
